HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A. SHANKAR NARAYANA TRANSFER C.M.P. No.132 OF 2017 ORDER:

This Transfer Civil Miscellaneous Petition is filed by the petitioner - wife, Smt. Banavathu Pushpa Rani, requesting to transfer O.P. No.1308 of 2016 from the Court of the Judge, Family Court, Visakhapatnam to the Court of the Judge, Family Court, at Guntur, for trial and disposal.

2. Sri A. Jagan, learned counsel for the respondent - husband viz., Dr. Banavathu Kishan Singh Naik, would submit that the respondent has no objection for acceding to the relief sought for by the petitioner.

3. Therefore, the Transfer Civil Miscellaneous Petition is allowed by withdrawing O.P No.1308 of 2016 from the Court of the Judge, Family Court, Visakhapatnam, and transferring the same to the Court of the Judge, Family Court at Guntur, for trial and disposal. There shall be no order as to costs.
