HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.RAJASHEKER REDDY WRIT PETITION No.24179 of 2016 ORDER:
The grievance of the petitioner is that the 4th respondent is not taking any action on the application dated 17.11.2015 seeking survey of her land.
2. Heard both sides.
3. The learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revene (Telangana) has produced the proceedings issued by the 4th respondent in R.C.No.B/2762/16 dated 30.07.2016, whereby the application of the petitioner was rejected.
4. In view of the above, the grievance of the petitioner stood redressed by passing orders and therefore the cause in the Writ Petition does not survive for adjudication. The Writ Petition is accordingly dismissed. However, the petitioner can challenge the proceedings before the appropriate forum. No costs.
5. As a sequel, the miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending shall stand closed.
