Sri V.R.Machavaram, learned counsel for the petitioner, seeks permission to withdraw the Criminal Petition with liberty to file appropriate application and filed a letter dated 16.11.2017 to that effect.

Permission is accorded.

Therefore, the Criminal Petition is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty as sought for. Registry is directed to return the documents filed by the petitioner under due acknowledgment of the counsel for the petitioner. Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending shall stand dismissed.
