Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that in pursuant to the order passed by this Court on 14.12.2016, petitioner made representation on 16.12.2016 for issuance of Land Use Certificate, but no orders are passed on the same.

Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue.

Since the representation of the petitioner dated 16.12.2016 is pending with the 3rd respondent, it is for the 3rd respondent to consider and pass appropriate orders.

In view of the same, the 3rd respondent is directed to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 16.12.2016 and pass orders, in accordance with law, within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

With the above direction, the writ petition is disposed of. As a sequel to the disposal of this petition, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending shall stand closed.
