When this writ petition came up for hearing on 23.09.2010, the learned counsel for the petitioner stated before this Court that the petitioner died during the pendency of the Writ Petition and sought time for taking necessary steps to bring his legal representatives on record. Taking note of the afore-stated submission, the matter was adjourned by two weeks.

Though the matter is coming up for hearing in the year 2015, no steps have been taken to bring the legal representatives of the deceased petitioner on record.

The Writ Petition is therefore dismissed as abated. Pending miscellaneous petitions shall also stand dismissed. No order as to costs.
