As per the orders of proceeding sheet dated: 04-04-2018 when this Court felt that the appellant is not showing any interest to prosecute the matter in spite of affording sufficient opportunity and further since the appeal is of the year 2008, felt that the appellant is not interested to prosecute the matter and so ordered to post the Appeal under the caption of "For Dismissal". Today, in spite of posting the matter under the caption of "For Dismissal", none appeared for the appellantUnited Insurance Company Limited and also there is no representation. Therefore, I find no reasons to further extend any opportunity.

Hence, the Civil Miscellaneous Appeal is dismissed with costs for non-prosecution while vacating the interim stay granted in M.P. No.1382 of 2006, dated: 09.8.2006.

Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending in this Appeal, shall stand closed.
