ORDER

The petitioner states that he is owner of an extent of Ac.1.50 cents of land in Sy.Nos.58/A and 56/F situated in Konanki Village, Marturu Mandal, Prakasam District. He states that he constructed a tiled house in the year 2009 and is residing therein. He also has another residence in Darsi and he is residing in both the places. He submitted an application for electricity connection under Pradhanamantri Deepam Scheme on 21.3.2016. But, the authorities refused to consider his application under the said scheme. Hence, he submitted a fresh application by paying requisite fee on 10.11.2016. When respondents 3 and 4 did not consider his application, the present writ petition is filed. The relief sought for in the present writ petition is only for consideration of the application of the petitioner. Learned Standing Counsel appearing for the respondentCorporation was put on notice and was also granted time to get instructions. Based on instructions, learned Standing Counsel submits that there is a dispute with regard to the property owned by the petitioner.

Respondents 3 and 4 are not concerned with the private dispute and the application of the petitioner has to be disposed of strictly in accordance with the terms and conditions of supply. In the circumstances, the respondents are directed to consider the application of the petitioner dated 21.03.2016 in accordance with the terms and conditions of supply. If the petitioner is not entitled to any service connection, an appropriate order shall be passed within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. Accordingly, the writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
