Vide order dated 09.08.2018, the appeal was referred to Lok Adalat. On 08.09.2018, the appeal was withdrawn by the appellant in the Lok Adalat and to that effect, an Award was passed by the Lok Adalat. The Lok Adalat Award is placed before this Court and the same is taken on record. In view of the same, this appeal is dismissed as withdrawn, in terms of the Award, dated 08.09.2018, passed by the Lok Adalat. No costs. Miscellaneous Petitions pending, if any, in this appeal shall stand closed.
