THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE SANJAY KUMAR AND THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE M.S.K. JAISWAL CONTEMPT CASE NO.1704 OF 2015

O R D E R

(per Hon'ble Sri Justice Sanjay Kumar) This contempt case was instituted alleging willful disobedience to the order dated 18.12.2013 passed in W.P.No.36639 of 2013. The alleged disobedience was owing to the action of the State Bank of India in seeking to put to sale by way of an auction item No.3 property, a residential house.

It is now stated by Ms. P. Geethanjali Devi, learned counsel representing Dr. P.B. Vijaya Kumar, learned counsel for the petitioners, that the said item has been deleted from the notification issued by the bank. In that view of the matter, learned counsel states that the contempt case does not survive.

Recording the said statement, the contempt case is dismissed. No order as to costs.
