Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that a copy of the survey report dated 03.09.2016 was handed over to the petitioner on 09.11.2016, as such the grievance in the writ petition stood redressed and no longer survives for adjudication.

Recording the same, the writ petition is dismissed as infructuous. There shall be no order as to costs. As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions pending if any, shall stand closed.
