Sri M.V.S. Suresh Kumar, learned Senior Counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner has circulated the letter dated 07.06.2017 to the Registry requesting to list the Writ Petition on 08.06.2017 under the caption 'for withdrawal'. Hence, it is listed today.

Learned counsel is permitted to withdraw the Writ Petition and it is accordingly, dismissed. No costs.

Consequently, the interim order dated 03.09.2012 passed by this Court in W.P.M.P.No. 34922 of 2012 shall automatically stand dissolved.
