This Criminal Petition is filed under Sections 437 and 439 of Code of Criminal Procedure (for short "Cr.P.C") seeking regular bail to the petitioner who is arrayed as Accused No.2 in Crime Nos. 207 of 2022 on the file of Station House Officer, Gollapalli Police Station, Jagtial District, registered for the offence punishable under Sections 420, 406, 409, 468, 120 (B) read with 34 of Indian Penal Code. 2.
Heard learned counsel for the petitioner/Accused No.2 and learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the respondent-State. Perused the record.

The allegation against this petitioner is that while he was working as a branch Manager in Union Bank of India, he along with other accused entered into criminal conspiracy to siphon off funds in the accounts of the bank customers. Accordingly, in the present case petitioner is permitted other accused to withdraw an amount of Rs.79,383/- (Rupees Seventy Nine Thousand Three Hundred and Eighty Three Only).

Since, the documents relied on by the prosecution are already in the possession of the Police, the petitioner can be granted regular bail.

Accordingly, the Criminal Petition is allowed and the petitioner/Accused No.2 is granted bail subject to the following conditions:
i) The petitioner/Accused No.2 is directed to be released on bail on his executing personal bond for a sum of Rs.50,000/- (Rupees Fifty Thousand only) with two sureties each for a like sum, to the satisfaction of II Additional Judicial Magistrate of First Class at Jagtial.
ii) After release on bail, the petitioner/Accused No.2 shall appear before the concerned police station on every Monday between 10.00 A.M to 1.00 P.M, for a period of eight (08) weeks and thereafter as and when required for the purpose of investigation.
iii) The petitioner/Accused No.2 shall abide by the other conditions stipulated in Section 437(3) of Cr.P.C.
