Heard.

The petitioners seek issuance of pattadar passbooks and title deeds in respect of various lands situated at Takkolu Village, Sidhavatam Mandal, YSR Cudapah District and accordingly they made applications to the 3rd respondent.

Alleging inaction, the present writ petitions are filed.

From the documents produced along with the writ petitions, it is evident that the petitioners have not made requisite applications under Form 6-A of A.P.Rights in Land and Pattadar Pass Books Act, 1971 read with Rule 18 of A.P.Rights in Land and Pattadar Pass Books Rules, 1989, seeking issuance of pattadar pass books and title deeds. Unless appropriate applications in the prescribed proforma are filed by the petitioners, the competent authority will not be in a position to entertain the said request of the petitioners. Hence, the writ petitions are disposed of giving liberty to the petitioners to make appropriate application in accordance with the aforesaid Act and the Rules and if any such applications are filed, the competent authority shall consider the same and pass appropriate orders within 45 days from the date of receipt of such applications. No order as to costs.
