Heard Sri T.V.P. Prabhakar, learned counsel for the appellant, Sri G.V.S. Mehar Kumar, learned counsel for respondent No.1, and Smt. S.A.V. Ratnam, learned counsel for respondent No.2. In fact, the order under challenge clearly reflects that the doctor, who was examined as AW.2, confirmed the appellant - applicant approaching him with simple injuries and, thus, he did not state anywhere that disability was occurring in this case. Learned counsel for the appellant clearly concedes the same. Therefore, there is no merit in the present appeal.

Hence, the present Civil Miscellaneous Appeal is dismissed. Miscellaneous petitions if any pending in the present appeal stand closed. No order as to costs.
