Heard Sri Srinivas Ambati, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and Sri S.V. Ramana, learned Standing Counsel for the respondents-APSRTC.
2. The petitioner was appointed as a Casual Conductor in the year in Anakapalle Depot, Visakhapatnam district.
Subsequently, he was disengaged by the Corporation. On that, he submitted a review petition before the authorities. His review petition was considered by the respondents and by proceedings dated 1712-1986, he was appointed as a Casual Conductor in Vizianagaram Depot. The Depot Manager, Vizianagaram issued proceedings dated 23-12-1986 appointing him and some other candidates as Casual Conductors on daily wage basis and his date of appointment in Service Register was considered as 19-12-1986. The services of some of the Casual Conductors who were appointed as Casual Conductors along with the petitioner were regularised on 01-8-1987.
It is submitted by the petitioner that the services of some of the juniors to the petitioner who joined as Casual Conductors in the year 1987 were also regularised on 30-11-1988 and 15-01-1989, but unfortunately the services of the petitioner were regularised with effect from 22-11-1990.

Therefore, the petitioner submitted a representation dated 01-81995 to the 3rd respondent requesting him to consider his date of regularisation of service as Casual Conductor with effect from 01-81987 instead of 22-11-1990 and to pay the difference of pay and attendant benefits calculating the service from 01-8-1987 instead of 22-11-1990 but no
action was taken. He submitted another representation dated 16-72014 to the respondents 1 and 2 reiterating the same request. The aforesaid representation was not considered and no orders have been passed on the said representation. The petitioner, therefore, filed the present writ petition to direct the respondents to consider the representation submitted by him and pass appropriate orders thereon.

Consequently, the writ petition is disposed of at the stage of admission, directing the respondents 1 and 2 to consider the representation dated 16-7-2014 submitted by the petitioner regarding his date of regularisation and payment of arrears and granting other attendant benefits and pass appropriate orders thereon within a period of 8 (eight) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. The miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this writ petition shall stand closed. No costs.
