HON'BLE Dr. JUSTICE CHILLAKUR SUMALATHA I.A.No.2 of 2022 in CRIMINAL PETITION No.9484 of 2022 ORDER:

This is an application filed seeking the Court to relax the condition that is imposed upon the petitioner while granting bail through order dated 31.10.2022 in Criminal Petition No.9484 of 2022.

Heard Sri T.Pradyumna Kumar Reddy, learned senior counsel, who argued on behalf of Sri K.Siddharth Reddy, learned counsel on record for the petitioner as well as Learned Additional Public Prosecutor who is representing the respondent-State.

Learned counsel for the petitioner states that the petitioner was directed to report before the Station House Officer, Lalaguda Police Station, Hyderabad on everyday for a period of thirty days and the petitioner is complying with the said condition since 22.11.2022. Learned counsel also submits that similar condition was imposed while enlarging the petitioner on bail in two other cases and the petitioner is reporting before the Station House Officers of two other Police

Dr CSL, J I.A.No.2 of 2022 in Crl.P.No.9484 of 2022 Stations and therefore, it has become difficult for him to comply with the condition imposed and the same may be relaxed.

Learned Additional Public Prosecutor did not deny the fact that the petitioner is reporting before two other Police Stations to comply with a similar condition. Also, learned Additional Public Prosecutor did not deny the fact that the petitioner is complying with the condition imposed in Criminal Petition No.9484 of 2022 since past 15 days. Therefore, this Court is of the view that the relief sought for is justified.

Resultantly, this Interlocutory Application is allowed. The condition imposed through order rendered by this Court in Criminal Petition No.9484 of 2022, dated 31.10.2022, directing the petitioner to report before the Station House Officer, Lalaguda Police Station, Hyderabad, everyday, is hereby relaxed.
