After arguing for sometime, the learned counsel for lihe petitioner seeks permission of the Court to withdraw the Writ Petition with liberty to file a fresh writ petition. He also made an endorsement on the writ petition to that effect. Recording the above made submission, the present Writ Petition is dismissed as withdrawn granting liberty to the petitioner as prayed for.
