THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.RAMALINGESWARA RAO WRIT PETITION NO.610 OF 2015 ORDER:
The petitioner was appointed as Fair Price Shop dealer of Shop No. 66, Panditivaripalem village, Piduguralla Mandal, Guntur District in the year 2002 and the authorization of the petitioner was renewed up to 3103-2016. He supplied essential commodities till the month of August, 2014 and he deposited required amount for supply of stock from September, 2014. The 5th respondent stated that interim arrangements were made in favour of the 6th respondent on the directions of the respondents 3 and 4 and forced the petitioner to obtain leave. When the petitioner submitted a representation on 19-12-2004 to the 4th respondent seeking permission to run the shop, he was not permitted. Therefore, the present writ petition is filed.

Learned Government Pleader submits that the petitioner submitted an application for leave from 01-09-2014 to 31-11-2004 and in view of the same only, he was not supplied with the stock during that period. It is also stated that the petitioner filed another requisition on 28-11-2004 to extend the leave for another period of three months till the end of February, 2015.
3. Now, it is clear from the above facts that the authorization of the petitioner is valid up to 31-03-2016 and the leave of the petitioner expired by the end of February, 2015.
There are no disciplinary proceedings against the petitioner. The petitioner shall be supplied with the stock for onward distribution to the cardholders. 4.
Accordingly, the writ petition is allowed. No order as to costs. Miscellaneous petitions, if any pending in this writ petition shall
stand closed.
