ORDER:
This Writ Petition is filed for the following substantive relief:
"...to issue a writ, order or direction more particularly one in the nature of writ of Mandamus directing respondent No.3 to settle the amounts which are payable along with interest to the petitioners herein as all FDRs of the petitioners are verified and checked by respondent No.3 and release the FDR amounts." After arguing the case, Smt B.Kavitha Yadav, the learned counsel for the petitioners, requested for permission to withdraw the Writ Petition with liberty to her
clients to avail other appropriate remedies available to them in law.
The Writ Petition is, accordingly, dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to the petitioners in terms of the prayer made.
As a sequel to dismissal of the Writ Petition, WPMP.Nos.26030 and 41217 of 2011 are dismissed as infructuous.
