THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE SANJAY KUMAR WRIT PETITION No. 17762 of 2015 ORDER:

The grievance of the petitioner is that the Revenue Authorities were not taking action upon his application for issuance of a pattadar pass book and title

deed in respect of the subject property nor entering his name in the Revenue Record.

However, it is noticed that the petitioner has merely addressed representations to the Revenue Divisional Officer, Miryalguda, Nalgonda District, and the Tahsildar, Nidamanur Mandal, Nalgonda District, in this regard. These applications are not in accordance with the prescribed format as per the provisions of the Andhra Pradesh Rights in Land and Pattadar Passbooks Act, 1971 (for brevity 'the Act of 1971).

The Writ Petition is therefore closed leaving it open to the petitioner to apply to the appropriate authority as per the provisions of the Act of 1971 in the prescribed format for issuance of a pattadar pass book and title deed in respect of the subject property.

Pending Miscellaneous Petitions shall also stand closed. No order as to costs.
