This revision is preferred against orders dated 18-09-2009 in I.A.No.919/2007 in A.S.No.116/2006 on the file of V Additional District Judge, Nellore.

2. Advocate for revision petitioners submitted that as the main appeal in A.S.No.116/2006 on the file of V Additional District Judge, Nellore is dismissed, no further orders are necessary in this revision and that the revision has become infructuous.

3. Considering the submission of the Advocate for revision petitioners, this revision is dismissed as infructuous. No costs.

4. As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this Civil Revision Petition, shall stand dismissed.
