THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE M.SATYANARAYANA MURTHY CRIMINAL PETITION NO.6188 OF 2008 ORDER:

This petition is filed by the petitioner/accused No.6 under Section 482 of Criminal Procedure Code (for short "Cr.P.C.") to quash the proceedings in P.R.C.No.80 of 2007 on the file of II Additional Judicial First Class Magistrate, Khammam, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 143, 447 read with 149 of Indian Penal Code (for short "I.P.C.") and under Sections 4 and 5 of Land Grabbing (Prohibition) Act.

Learned Public Prosecutor for the State of Telangana represented that the P.R.C.No.80 of 2007 is converted into C.C.No.445 of 2010 and the same was disposed of by the Court after full-fledged trial and the said case was ended in acquittal and prayed to dismiss the petition.

Recording the said submission, the petition is dismissed as infructuous. No costs.

Consequently, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this Petition shall stand dismissed.
