HON'BLE MRS JUSTICE ANIS C.M.A. No. 1166 of 2005 JUDGMENT:

This Civil Miscellaneous Appeal is filed challenging the order dated 2.9.2005 passed by the I Additional Chief Judge, Secunderabad, in I.A.No. 3418 of 2003 in O.S.No. 105 of 2003. As seen from the record, the I Additional Chief Jduge, Secunderabad, vide his letter dated 8.6.2016 informed that O.S.No. 105 of 2003 was decreed partly on 8.10.2014. In view of the same, this Civil Miscellaneous Appal has become infructuous and accordingly, the same is dismissed as infructuous. There shall be no order as to costs. As a sequel thereto, miscellaneous applications, pending if any, shall stand closed.
