THE HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE K.SURENDER CRIMINAL REVISION CASE No.1667 OF 2009 ORDER :

This Criminal Revision Case is filed by the revision petitioner seeking to set aside the order dated 24.08.2009 in Crl.M.P.No.1359 of 2007 in M.C.No.113 of 2001 on the file of learned Additional Metropolitan Sessions Judge for the Trial of JHCBBC-cum-Additional Family Court-cum-XXIII Additional Chief Judge, Hyderabad.

Heard learned counsel for the respective parties and perused the record.

A perusal of the record would reveal that the marriage of the respondent was performed with petitioner on 13.02.1981. Thereafter matrimonial disputes arose between them. For the said reasons, in M.C.No.113 of 2001 on the file of the learned Additional Metropolitan Sessions Judge for the trial of JHCBBCcum-Additional Family Court-cum-XXIII-Additional Chief Judge, Hyderabad, enhanced the monthly maintenance to Rs.5,000/- to be paid by the petitioner to respondent herein. Therefore, this

KS,J Crp.No.1667 of 2009 Court is of the view that there are no grounds to interfere with the order dated 24.08.2009 in Crl.M.P.No.1356 in M.C.No.113 of 2001 passed by the learned Additional Metropolitan Sessions Judge for the trial of JHCBBC-cum-Additional Family Court-cumXXIII-Additional Chief Judge, Hyderabad. However, the petitioner is at liberty to avail any other options that are available under Section 127(1) of Cr.P.C.

Accordingly, the Criminal Revision Case is disposed of. As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed.
