HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE A.RAJASHEKER REDDY CONTEMPT CASE No.2074 of 2015 O R D E R :

The contempt case is filed alleging violation of the order dated 15.04.2015 passed by this Court in WP.MP.No.14026 of 2015 in WP.No.10608 of 2015, wherein this Court directed the 2nd respondent to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 24.01.2015, in accordance with law.

Now the respondent filed counter stating that the representation of the petitioner dated 24.01.2015 was received by the authorities on 24.02.2015 and the same was considered and necessary notices under Sections 115(1),116(1) & 115(3) of the APCRDA Act, 2015 were issued to the unofficial respondents and the same was informed to the petitioner through a letter dated 06.11.2015. Thereafter the unofficial respondents filed WP.No.36154 of 2015, challenging the notices and this Court on 05.11.2014 disposed of the said writ petition with certain directions.

Heard both sides.

In view of the above submissions made by the respondent in the counter, I do not see any willful violation, of the orders of this Court, by the respondent. Accordingly, the Contempt Case is closed, giving liberty to the petitioner to challenge the proceedings dated 0611.2015. No order as to costs.

As a sequel thereto, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in the Contempt Case, shall stand closed.
