Mudunuri Jagapathi Raju v. State Of A.P.,
THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE N.BALAYOGI Criminal Petition No.4222 of 2011 ORDER :
The counsel for petitioners reported that the final report was filed referring the case as undetectable.
The learned Public Prosecutor for the State of Andhra Pradesh filed a copy of the final report and stated that the case was referred as 'undetectable'.
A reading of the final report dated 27.1.2012 filed by the Sub-Inspector of Police, Bhimavaram I Town Police Station goes to suggest that the Sub-Inspector of Police with the permission of the Sub Divisional Police Officer, Narsapur, referred the case as 'undetectable' due to death of the principal accused (A1) and lack of material evidence against A2 as well as Officers of Vijaya Bank. The same is recorded.
Accordingly, the Criminal Petition is dismissed as infructuous. Consequently, miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed.
