This petition is filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C., to quash the proceedings against the petitioner-Accused in C.C. No.695 of 2016 on the file of the Court of Judicial First Class Magistrate, Mobile Court, Eluru.

The learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of this court to permit the petitioner to withdraw the criminal petition with liberty to file petition before the trial court under Section 205 Cr.P.C. Permission is granted.
