This criminal revision case is filed under Sections 397 and 401 of Cr.P.C., challenging the order dated 01.09.2015 passed in Crl.M.P.No.2233 of 2015 in MC No.7 of 2015 on the file of the Judicial Magistrate of First Class, Bhadrachalam, Khammam District.

2. At the time of arguments, learned counsel for respondents 2 and 3 submits that the main case i.e., MC No.7 of 2015 itself was disposed of on 08.08.2016.

3. The learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of the court to withdraw the revision case.

4. Permission granted.

5. The criminal revision case is, accordingly, dismissed as withdrawn. Miscellaneous petitions, if any pending in this case, shall stand closed.
