ORDER:

The grievance of the petitioners herein is similar to the one in WP.No.22538 of 2015 and batch. The said batch was already heard and disposed of by order dated 06.08.2015.

2. Learned counsel for the petitioners and Mr. N. Ashok Kumar, learned counsel appearing on behalf of the respondents, fairly submit that the order in the aforesaid batch of writ petitions would govern the present case also. In view of the above, the writ petition is disposed of with similar direction, as extracted hereunder:

"In the light of the said categorical statements in the counter affidavit, the writ petitions are disposed of directing the second respondent to follow due process of law, if and when the petitioners'

properties/structures or any part thereof are required to be utilized for the purpose of revised road development plan as stated in the counter affidavit."

As a sequel, the miscellaneous applications, if any, shall stand closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
