Aggrieved by the inaction of respondent No.3 in registering the FIR on the complaint of the petitioner dated 06-07-2018, the present writ petition is filed. Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home basing on instructions submits that a case in Cr.No.369 of 2018 was registered by the police on 10-08-2018 basing on the complaint of the petitioner and a copy of FIR is also filed. Recording the same, the writ petition is disposed of.
