THE HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE K.SURENDER CRIMINAL PETITION No.9524 OF 2022 O R D E R:

This Criminal Petition is filed under Sections 437 and 439 of Code of Criminal Procedure (for short "Cr.P.C") seeking regular bail to the petitioner who is arrayed as Accused No.1 in Crime No.883 of 2022 pending on the file of Station House Officer, Neredmet Police Station, Rachakonda registered for the offences punishable under Section 370-A of Indian Penal Code (for short "IPC") and Sections 3, 4 and 5 of PITA Act.

Heard learned counsel for the petitioner/Accused No.1 and learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the respondent-State. Perused the record.

The case against the petitioner is that he was running prostitution in the premises where the Police raided and found this petitioner and others.

Even according to the remand report, there are no minors who were involved in running of the said prostitution by this petitioner.

As seen from the remand report, several witnesses were already examined and this petitioner is in jail since 07.10.2022, this petitioner/Accused No.1 can be granted the relief of regular bail. 6.

Accordingly, the Criminal Petition is allowed and the petitioner/Accused No.1 is granted bail subject to the following conditions:

i) The petitioner/Accused No.1 is directed to be released on bail on his executing personal bond for a sum of Rs.50,000/- (Rupees Fifty Thousand only) with two sureties each for a like sum, to the satisfaction of I Additional Metropolitan Magistrate, Medchal, Malkajgiri District.

ii) After release on bail, the petitioner/Accused No.1 shall appear before the concerned police station on every Monday and Thursday between 10.00 A.M to 1.00 P.M, for a period of eight (08) weeks and thereafter as and when required for the purpose of investigation.

iii) The petitioner/Accused No.1 shall abide by the other conditions stipulated in Section 437(3) of Cr.P.C.
