THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE T.SUNIL CHOWDARY CIVIL REVISION PETITION No.4646 OF 2018 ORDER:

This Civil Revision Petition is filed under Section 83(9) of Wakf Act, 1995 read with Article 227 of the Constitution of India assailing the order dated 31.07.2018 returning O.A.S.R.No.1576 of 2018 by the Telangana State Wakf Tribunal at Hyderabad. At the time of hearing, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to permit the petitioner to withdraw the revision petition with a liberty to avail the remedies available to him under law including resubmission of the application. Permission is granted.

Accordingly, the Civil Revision Petition is dismissed as withdrawn granting liberty as prayed for. There shall be no order as to costs.
