Arvind Gopal Krishna Chawda, v. The State Of Telangana
HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE RAJA ELANGO CRIMINAL PETITION No.10318 of 2015 ORDER:
This petition is filed by the petitioner-A1 seeking to relax the condition imposed in Crl.M.P.No.4933 of 2014 in C.C.No.283 of 2013 by the XIII Additional Chief Metropolitan Magistrate, Mahila Court, Hyderabad, vide order dated 14.10.2014.
While granting bail to the petitioner, the learned Magistrate imposed a condition directing the petitioner not to leave India without prior permission of the Court. Now, the petitioner seeks to relax the said condition. Learned Counsel for the petitioner submitted that when the petitioner filed an application seeking permission to allow the petitioner to go to abroad, the learned Magistrate granted permission for a period of six weeks only and therefore, the petitioner prayed for relaxation of the condition. Considering the submission made by the learned Counsel for the petitioner, the condition imposed by the trial Court i.e., "the petitioner shall not leave India without prior permission of the Court", is relaxed. Accordingly, the Criminal Petition is disposed of. _______________ RAJA ELANGO, J 13th October 2015 Nn
