THE HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE K.SURENDER CRIMINAL PETITION No.9537 OF 2022 O R D E R:

This Criminal Petition is filed under Sections 437 and 439 of Code of Criminal Procedure (for short "Cr.P.C") seeking regular bail to the petitioner who is arrayed as Accused No.1 in Crime No.395 of 2022 pending on the file of Station House Officer, Musheerabad Police Station, Hyderabad registered for the offence punishable under Section 370(A)(2) of Indian Penal Code (IPC) and Sections 3, 4 and 5 of Prevention of Immoral Traffic Act, 1956. 2.

Heard learned counsel for the petitioner/Accused No.1 and learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the respondent-State. Perused the record.

The case against the petitioner is that he was running a brothel house with the help of others.

On 11.09.2022 when the police raided the premises at Bakaram, Musheerabad, the police found sex workers and this petitioner was the person running the said premises. Then the police conducted panchanama at the premises, seized the material objects and sent this petitioner to judicial custody.

On instructions learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that there are no other cases of similar in nature pending against this petitioner.

As seen from the remand report and the complaint, there were no minors who were found in the said premises and keeping in view that there are no other cases pending against this petitioner, he can be granted the relief of regular bail. 7.

Accordingly, the Criminal Petition is allowed and the petitioner/Accused No.1 is granted bail subject to the following conditions:

i) The petitioner/Accused No.1 is directed to be released on bail on his executing personal bond for a sum of Rs.25,000/- (Rupees Twenty Five Thousand only) with two sureties for a like sum each (among which one local and one native surety), to the satisfaction of XVII Additional Chief Metropolitan Magistrate, Hyderabad. ii) After release on bail, the petitioner/Accused No.1 shall appear before the concerned Station House Officer on everyday at 10.00 AM for a period of two (02) weeks and thereafter as and when required for the purpose of investigation.

iii) The petitioner/Accused No.1 shall abide by the other conditions stipulated in Section 437(3) of Cr.P.C. Miscellaneous applications, pending if any, shall stand closed. _____________ K.SURENDER, J Date: 07.11.2022 ns
