THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE T. SUNIL CHOWDARY CRIMINAL PETITION No.5348 of 2015 ORDER:

1 This petition is filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C to quash the proceedings against the petitioner/A.1 in Crime No.219 of 2014 on the file of Station House Officer, Nallakunta Police Station, Hyderabad.

At the time of arguments, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, on instructions, submitted that after completion of investigation, the investigating officer referred the matter as civil in nature.

Having regard to the submissions made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, no further orders need be passed in this petition. Accordingly this petition is closed. As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions pending in this Criminal Petition, if any, shall stand closed.
