O R D E R

Aggrieved by the action of the respondent No.2 is not registering the crime and investigating into the same, based on the complaint of the petitioner dated 24.03.2018, the present writ petition is filed. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner. Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home produced written instructions of the Sub Inspector of Police, III Town Police Station, Nizamabad, stating that the complaint of the petitioner was preliminarily enquired into and it was found to be of civil in nature and the same was informed to the petitioner vide notice dated 8.8.2018, which was sent through registered post. Along with the written instructions, c opy of notice dated 8.8.2018 and postal receipt, are filed. Recording the statement made in the written instructions, writ petition is disposed of, granting liberty to the petitioner to avail remedies available under law.

Interlocutory applications pending, if any, shall stand closed. No costs.
