This writ petition is filed aggrieved by the action of respondents 4 and 5 in calling the petitioners to their police station and making them to sit hours together without there being any case against them.

Learned Assistant Government Pleader produced written instructions stating that as of now no criminal cases are pending against the petitioners. The allegation that the respondent-police interfered with life, liberty and civil disputes of the petitioners is denied.

Recording the same, the writ petition is disposed of directing the respondent-police not to interfere with the life and liberty of the petitioner except in accordance with law.
