ORDER:
This writ petition is filed for a mandamus to declare the inaction of respondent No.1 in taking action on the enquiry report, dated 14.02.2011, of respondent No.2, against respondent No.4 as illegal and arbitrary. At the hearing, the learned Government Pleader for Civil Supplies (TS), on instructions, submitted that based on the enquiry report of respondent No.2, respondent No.1 has imposed a fine of Rs.10,000/- on respondent No.4 for the
alleged irregularities in running Gas Distribution Agency by order, dated 15.07.2011, and the fine amount was also paid by respondent No.4. In the light of this fact, the cause in the writ petition does not survive for adjudication and the writ petition is accordingly dismissed as infructuous. As a sequel to dismissal of the writ petition, W.P.M.P.No.41059 of 2011 shall stand disposed of as infructuous.
