Heard Sri Muddu Vijai, learned counsel for the petitioner and Sri K. Ramakanth Reddy, learned Standing Counsel for the respondents. The only grievance, obviously, as per the pleadings available on record is with regard to non-consideration of the representation dated 22.4.2015 submitted by the petitioner herein. In the circumstances, without going into merits of the matter, I deem it appropriate to dispose of the writ petition itself with a direction to the respondents to consider and dispose of the representation dated 22.4.2015 said to have been submitted by the petitioner, by passing appropriate orders within one week from today i.e. before 30th April, 2015, as per law.
