ORDER:- Heard.

2. Petitioner seeks grant of pattadar passbook and title deed for the land to an extent of Ac.20-00 cents situated in Survey No.805-P, Kadivedu Village, Chillakur Mandal, SPSR Nellore District. Petitioner states that he has already made application in the prescribed proforma and paid the fee through AP online on 08.04.2015 and till date the said application is not being considered by the fourth respondent. He also submits that his daughter also made similar application and aggrieved by the non-consideration of her application, she has approached this court in W.P.No.1819 of 2015 and the same was considered by this court by order dated 24.06.2015. In that case also the application was made on 09.04.2015 through online mee-seva along with a statutory application under form 6A.

3. Since the issue in this writ petition is similar to the one considered by this court in the aforesaid writ petition, I deem it appropriate to dispose of the writ petition by directing the fourth respondent to consider petitioner's application in accordance with law and pass appropriate orders thereon preferably within two months.

With the above direction, the writ petition is disposed of. As a sequel, the miscellaneous applications, if any, shall stand closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
