THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE T.AMARNATH GOUD WRIT PETITION No.2843 OF 2015 ORDER:

In this writ petition, the petitioner seeks a direction to the official respondents-police to complete the investigation in connection with F.I.R.No.18 of 2014 pending on the file of 3rd respondent herein.

Since the writ petition is of 2015, it can safely be presumed that by this time, the investigation is already completed and a final report is filed. However, if the investigation in connection with F.I.R.No.18 of 2014 is not completed by now, the respondentspolice are directed to complete the same as expeditiously as possible and file report in concerned Court, in accordance with law.
