HONOURABLE MRS. JUSTICE ANIS SECOND APPEAL No.424 OF 2017 JUDGMENT:

Heard appellant's counsel and respondent's counsel. The learned counsel for the appellant contended that the second appeal can be disposed of by granting two months time for evicting the premises.

On the other hand, learned counsel for the respondents has not filed any counter and agreed for granting two months time for the petitioner to vacate the suit schedule property bearing door No.2-163 situated at Rajanagaram Mandal, East Godvari District. Considering the arguments of both counsel, the Second appeal is disposed of granting two months time to the petitioner till 30th June, 2017.

As a sequel to the disposal of this appeal, the Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending, shall stand dismissed. ________________ JUSTICE ANIS Dated 28-4-2017.
