O R D E R
Aggrieved by the action of the 3rd respondent in not registering the crime based on the complaint of the petitioner dated 18.07.2018, the present writ petition is filed.
Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner. Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home, produced written instructions of Sub Inspector of Police, Kulsumpura Police Station, Hyderabad, dated 09.08.2018, stating that the complaint of the petitioner was enquired into and it was found to be of civil in nature and the same was informed to the petitioner vide notice dated 20.07.2018. Along with written instructions, copy of notice dated 20.07.2018, acknowledged by the petitioner, is filed.
Recording the statement made in the written instructions, writ petition is disposed of, granting liberty to the petitioner to avail remedies available under law.
Interlocutory applications pending, if any, shall stand closed. No costs.
