This petition is filed under Section 24 of C.P.C. seeking to withdraw H.M.O.P.No.98 of 2016 from the file of the Court of the Senior Civil Judge at Huzurnagar and transfer the same to the file of the Court of the Senior Civil Judge at Mahabubnagar. Learned counsel for both parties submitted that the purpose of filing the transfer petition has become infructuous. In view of the submission made by the learned counsel for both parties, the Transfer Civil Miscellaneous Petition is dismissed as infructuous. There shall be no order as to costs.
