THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE NOOTY RAMAMOHANA RAO CRIMINAL PETITION No. 8396 OF 2013 O R D E R:

This Petition has been filed for quashing the proceedings in F.I.R.No. 72 of 2013 on the file of Madgul Police Station, Mahaboobnagar District. Learned Public Prosecutor has brought to my notice that after conducting a detailed investigation into the crime, the police have filed a charge sheet on 18.09.2013 and the same was numbered as S.C.No. 640 of 2013 on the file of the Court of the Assistant Sessions Judge, Mahaboobnagar. It is also brought to my notice that the case was listed for trial on 27.05.2015. In that view of the matter, no further orders are needed to be passed in this case. Hence, leaving open all such remedies as are available to the petitioners under law, this Criminal Petition is dismissed as infructuous.
