In this petition filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C, the petitioner/A.1 seek to quash the proceedings in FIR No.289 of 2012 of Humayun Nagar Police Station, Hyderabad, which was registered for the offence under Section 380 IPC.

When the matter came up for hearing, learned Public Prosecutor produced the letter, dated 04.05.2018 of Sub-Inspector of Humayun Nagar Police Station, Hyderabad, and submitted that the case has been referred as 'undetected' on 31.10.2014.

No representation for learned counsel for petitioner. In view of the above submission of learned Public Prosecutor, this Criminal Petition is dismissed as Infructuous. As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed.
