Ravichandran, learned counsel for the appellants, addressed a letter dated 15.11.2016 to the Registry stating that his clients instructed him to withdraw this first appeal. It is now stated before us that the matter has been settled out of Court. The appeal is accordingly dismissed as withdrawn. Interim order dated 28.04.2011 shall stand vacated.
