Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Government pleader for School Education.

Petitioner is an employee of State of Andhra Pradesh. The grievance ventilated in this writ petition relates to her service grievance in the State of Andhra Pradesh. A person aggrieved by any service grievance in the State of Andhra Pradesh, the remedy available is before the Andhra Pradesh Administrative Tribunal (for short 'the Administrative Tribunal') constituted under the Administrative Tribunals Act, 1985. As held by the Hon'ble Supreme Court in L. Chandra Kumar Vs Union of India1, the Administrative Tribunal is the Court of first instance and the aggrieved person has to invoke the jurisdiction of Administrative Tribunal.

Thus, granting liberty to the petitioner to avail the remedy available under the Administrative Tribunals Act, the Writ Petition is dismissed. Pending miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall stand closed.
