Alleging that respondent No.4 - Station House Officer, Porumamilla Police Station, Porumamilla, YSR Kadapa District is interfering with the life and liberty of the petitioner and pressurising him to handover the subject property to unofficial respondent No.5, the present writ petition is filed. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner. Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home produced written instructions of the Sub Inspector of Police, Porumamilla Police Station, YSR Kadapa District, stating that they never interfered with the life and liberty of the petitioner, nor pressurised him to handover the subject property to the unofficial respondent No.5.

Recording the above statement made in the written instructions, writ petition is disposed of directing that respondent No.4 not to interfere with the civil dispute and the life and liberty of the petitioner, except in accordance with law.
