It is stated by learned counsel for the petitioner that in similar circumstances, this Court disposed of WP.No.20865 of 2017 by its order 06-07-2017. The same is not disputed by learned Standing Counsel appearing for the 4th respondentProject Director. In view of the same, following the same, this writ petition is also allowed in terms of said order. As a sequel to the disposal of this petition, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending shall stand closed.
